The Bunyoro Kitara International Convention 2027 welcomes delegates, guests, partners and
visitors from Uganda and around the world to Hoima City for three days of cultural celebration,
networking, engagement and meaningful connections.

Recognising that a successful international convention begins with a smooth and well-planned
journey, the Travel and Accommodation programme will provide delegates with relevant
information and guidance to support their travel and stay during BKIC 2027.

Participants travelling from different parts of Uganda and from across the international diaspora
will be provided with information to assist them in planning their journey to Hoima City. This
will include guidance on available transportation options, recommended accommodation
facilities and other essential travel considerations.

The Convention will work with relevant hospitality and travel service providers to facilitate
access to suitable accommodation and travel information. Delegates will be encouraged to make
their arrangements early to secure accommodation that meets their individual preferences and
requirements.

Information on recommended hotels, lodges, guest houses and other accommodation facilities
will be communicated through the official BKIC 2027 platforms as arrangements are confirmed.
Participants are encouraged to plan their travel well in advance, particularly those travelling from
outside Uganda, to allow sufficient time for transportation, accommodation and other necessary
arrangements.
